Great Customer Service!

I originally ordered a Pink wallet and it wasn't the one I meant to order anyway. It was out of stock and the Ridge team let me know. I was able to convert it to the Polar White one but not in time for Christmas. That's ok though, they really tried. They did send a nice water bottle as a complimentary gift for me understanding. It was hard not to when it was all my fault in the first place. I appreciate this team and will always use this product.
