Love the Strap -- Needs to Be Broken In

Changed my wallet from the money clip to the strap, and am happy with that choice. My only "complaint" is that the new elastic on the wallet part is soooooooo stiff that it almost takes 3 people to pry it open to get my cards in. It'll loosen up I know -- just hoping it's soon!

Free warranty part kit for repairs

I did a warranty claim for the elastic getting worn over the years in and out of my pocket. Warranty sent a kit no charge and I used my original tool kit that came with the wallet. Removed all the screws on both sides. Removed the elastic on the internal structure. Aligned the money clip. Screwed back together and just like that like new. Great warranty.
