I’m beyond impressed with how you stand behind your products. Everything is designed in such a way that the user can repair the wallet. I also love how you send service parts instead of just replacing the wallet. If you people were in charge of all product design the landfills would not be full. Your wallets are the only way to go!

The life time warranty is legit! I had a paint failure on the inside components of my Ridge wallet that was causing scratches and aluminum metal transfer on my cards. I've had my wallet for several years and did not think that Ridge would even care that this happened, but boy do they care. They sent me both sides of the inside parts as well as a new elastic band assembly. Totally Free!!! You cant go wrong owning a Ridge Wallet. Thank you for the very prompt service.
