Minimum bulk, maximum customer service

Love the wallet. My goal was to get something as small as possible while still being useful and the ridge design nails it. Beyond that I had an issue with OnTrac not delivering my order and lying that they had. Thankfully all it took was a quick chat with customer service to send out a replacement with UPS.
