After looking at a variety of backpacks (many which were more expensive) I decided to go with this one and what a great decision it was. Great material and quality that you would expect while providing lots of storage. I use this for my work in insurance so look is professional enough while being more pragmatic than a briefcase, Love the side pocket for the laptop and the storage compartments inside for my gadgets. I am a repeat customer and will continue to buy Ridge products.
I purchased this partly because ridge sent me a 40% off promo code on full price items. Subsequently was told that this backpack did not qualify, even though it was full price. Spent days trying to reach. Customer service to inquire about this and finally did connect. Was told that while they agreed that it was misleading they would not offer any discount. I would have been happy with a small discount just as acknowledgment that the advertising was misleading………
