I appreciate your quick response on replacement screws.

My band wore out and the company replaced it quickly and with minimal hassle. The new band is different but still works great. Great wallet, great company and great customer service.

The elastic on the money strap and the elastic strap that holds the cards began to break down after 3 years of daily usage. I contacted Ridge and a free replacement was sent to me. No shipping costs or any out of pocket cost. Easy to replace and it looks and works like new again. Good for another 3 + years. Might pay a little more on the front end but definitely worth it in my opinion.
