Business trip last week and fit an entire weeks worth of winter clothes in the carry-on with no issues. Also had my CPAP & a second pair of shoes. You know it’s a quality bag when the airline ticket agent wants to know who made it and where to order one.
I purchased two sets of suitcases back in the middle of last year. We used them on our trip to Italy in October. One of the bags ended up cracking and the other one had a handle that would not stay extended. I contacted Ridge and they, no questions asked, sent me two new suitcases. No one is perfect. Everyone will have flaws in their products and make mistakes. But you have to respect to the company who stands behind their product. Thank you!

Had an issue with a suitcase I bought, called and and emailed a few pictures and ridge was amazing and stood behind their product and sent a replacement no charge. Will only be buying ridge from now on just for customer service
