Color is a tiny bit more peach than the bright orange in the pictures

Love this suitcase. Was hoping for something a bit more orange so was surprised at the peach/salmon color, but still a great color and definitely on the orange spectrum. Features and quality seem great. Love the wheels.

Missing the luggage tag but Ridge made it right

This is the best carry-on bag I've ever had. It is sturdy and durable and the wheels are great. Everything just works the way it is supposed to. When it arrived it was missing the advertised luggage tag. I reached out to Ridge and they acknowledged that they are out of stock and that the website is currently inaccurate. They issued a refund to compensate and I am very happy.
