Purchased the luggage set on ridge website. My carry on came damaged and their customer service helped resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely worth it for the lifetime warranty. Will be recommending to anyone looking for luggage.

Perfect size, and great quality. The wheels could be better and feel cheap compared to the build of Ridges normally robust products but all in all very happy.
