Recently I made a warranty claim for a clip the came of my keycase due to the screws coming out. I have had that keycase for a few years and live it. In my claim, I only asked if they could send me some screws but they sent me a whole new keycase! What great customer service!
Went online did a claim took longer then the 7 days to reply, but they replied with good news. I was getting a replacement keycase. Great customer service.

Hands down my favorite edc key case. I've had other brands and they have broke on me. I love the engineering that went into this keycase. I love that it wont over tighten on me and is perfect for my lifestyle.
