EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

I reached out to Ridge regarding some replacement screws and a clip that had gone missing from my KeyCase. I was more than willing to purchase these small parts because I truly love my KeyCase. To my surprise, the Ridge team encouraged me to register my product for a warranty claim. I expected just the replacement pieces, but instead, Ridge sent me an entirely new KeyCase!
