I noticed that some of my screws were missing. Got in touch with customer service and they promptly shipped a set out under warranty. I misplaced the screwdriver and they sent one as well even though it is not covered by warranty. Love my wallet. Bought one for my friend too! Thanks 😊
I’ve had my Carbon Fiber wallet going five years or better. Noticed a few weeks back that it was missing a few screws and the elastic band was getting thin. One call and three days later the screws, new band, and even the tool as in my mailbox. Good as new! You can’t ask for any better customer service than that. Great product!!!
