The plate is more secure than the strap alone and I'm glad I upgraded to it. Only issue is the strap can get bunched up around the ends of the plate if I'm not careful with loading the money under it. Overall, my ridge wallet has been awesome, had it for a number of years now. It was easy to take apart with the tools when I needed new straps. Very satisfied.
Filed a warranty claim to fix my Ridge Wallet and received this torx screwdriver with the screws needed. Quality screwdriver to install the small torx screws made the job easy. I love my Ridge Wallet and will never go back to using a conventional wallet again. Thanks for a great product and warranty. Sincerely, William
