Replacement Screws for Ridge Wallet

Lost some screws from my wallet while on vacation and unable to tighten. Put in a warranty request which was handled quickly and without issue. Wallet is now back in mint condition. Thanks for being so fast.

No hassle lifetime warranty is true. Screws fell out of my wallet and screws were replaced for free. Nothing more complicated. Excellent service.

I found that my wallet was missing about 50% of the screws about two weeks ago. Using the Ridge website I was able to receive a new set at no charge. I love this small wallet for travel as it makes pickpocketing almost impossible. Just keep an eye on how tight the screws are and you will not have my problem. That’s what the included screw driver is for.

Screws have fallen out of my ridge wallet, leading to the colored plate to fall off. From start to finish the process was painless to get replacement pieces and parts.
