For some reason, my Ridge Wallet lost almost all the screws on one side. I was simply going to purchase more, but Ridge doesn't sell black screws. I then submitted a claim. They sent me replacement screws along with the necessary screwdriver, all for free.
Reds adds a nice touch and points of interest.
Glad they have warrantee and will send parts. I love my wallet so much. 4 yrs still strong. Money clip and a few screws replaced. I still have a few loose but that's nothing to do with my wallet.
I lost the box with the screws in the screwdriver, and they promptly sent replacements.
