My boyfriend has loved his Ridge Wallet from day one and was bummed the elastic lost its elasticity. The warranty replacement for the elastic was a smooth and seamless process. I received the new elastic within a reasonable amount of time from completing the form and my boyfriend said it's like new again. Great quality and great service!
I love this wallet in every way. Compact durable highly functional and secure from scamming skimmers stealing your credit card information.
After 8 years my wallet was worn out I contacted Ridge and they mailed me all the assembly parts under the lifetime warranty promise needed to rebuild my wallet back to brand new condition and... they did all this within two weeks with a smile on their face :) My carbon fiber style is a great wallet and worth the the initial cost because it's quality and it's high functioning convenience.
