I have owned a Ridge wallet for years. Recently I noticed the elastic strap was starting to fray. I reached out to their Customer Service team and was told there is a lifetime warranty. The Customer Service rep I worked with was extremely friendly, professional, and helped me get a brand wallet. I am extremely impressed and will be purchasing a wallet for my son in the near future.
