3 Times a charm

Have to say, Ridge stands behind their products. My first order was totally my fault and sized way too small. Free exchange through the website was fast and easy. Next size I also picked was a little too large. Before starting another return, I received an email from Sean Frank asking how everything was doing. I explained by situation and Sean was right on top of it. Said not worry, we will ship you out a half size smaller, don't worry about sending it back until we are sure it fits. New size comes in, fits well. Thanked Sean and was immediately sent over a shipping label to send the 2nd ones back. Now that's what I can great customer service. Thanks Ridge!
