Fixed my sons wallet

Tried to order replacement screws from Amazon for my son’s Ridge wallet.

They didn’t work out. So I decided to look at the Ridge website and noticed they had a lifetime warranty. Something that was unknown to me. So I filled out the form and took a picture of the issue. Imputed the serial number and my info and was sent the replacement screws free of charge. My son’s wallet is as good as new again.

Warranty service was excellent

Lost some screws from my wallet while on vacation and unable to tighten. Put in a warranty request which was handled quickly and without issue. Wallet is now back in mint condition. Thanks for being so fast.

Excellent interaction.

No hassle lifetime warranty is true. Screws fell out of my wallet and screws were replaced for free. Nothing more complicated. Excellent service.
