Great Customer Service

I requested some new screw and the Torx bit to reinstall them into my Ridge Wallet. It was a very easy and friendly process with everyone from Ridge. They arrived in a timely manner as stated on their website. They sent me a pack of 14 screws and a the torx bit tool to put them back in my wallet. I am very pleased with my ridge wallet and the people in the customer service department who assisted me.
