If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ridge wallet purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. We offer free returns + exchanges and will provide you with a Prepaid Canada Post Shipping Label. To submit a request, please use our Returns/Exchange Portal.
Need help finding your order number? Your order number is the seven digit number that begins with a RC included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip. If you cannot find these records, no problem! Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address used to place your order and we can send it over!
All Returns & Exchanges must be processed through ourReturns Portalwithin 45 days of original purchase. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to send back your item.
Some Additional Returns Information!
Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.
Customized Wallets can not be returned and are non-refundable. At this time Customized Wallets are only available for purchase on our United States site.
For all approved Exchanges we process your free domestic return shipping label via a prepaid Canada Post label, and will ship your new order free of charge.
We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with Canada Post, we will take responsibly and honor the Return/Exchange.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Additional Return shipping costs are non-refundable. A Return is only authorized using a Ridge prepaid Return Label.
All returns must be from a verified Ridgewallet.ca order. The Ridge does not offer returns on items purchased outside of Ridgewallet.ca. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
The Ridge does not price match with dealers or competitors.
