Wallets:
The Ridge Wallet warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of Elastic, Screws, Inner Plates, and/or Money Clip.
This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Other Products:
The Ridge warrants that all non-wallet products are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the lifespan of the Warranty. Each products’ Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How To Make a Claim:
To submit a Warranty Claim please submit a request through the form below. If your order was placed with an authorized retailer please provide the store name in the order number field.
Gift Warranty:
Gifts are also 100% covered under our Warranty Policy! Please follow the same process, and just provide the full name of the gifter in the order number field of the Warranty Claim. We will be able to verify your product’s authenticity with a photo attached in the Warranty Claim.
Warranty Disclaimer:
Polycarbonate Wallets predate our Lifetime Warranty and came with a 1 year Limited Warranty.
We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim if we believe the claim to be fraudulent or if the item was purchased before implementation of our Lifetime Warranty.
What is not covered under warranty?
For our Wallets, scratches, dents, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered under Warranty. For all other Ridge Products, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage which does not effect the functionality of the product, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
What does the “Lifetime of the Product” mean?
The Lifetime of your Ridge Wallet references the lifetime of the functionality. If the wallet is stored in a secure spot and serviced with replacement pieces covered under warranty when needed, we expect each of our wallets to have no issue lasting for years!
Do I need to register an item to activate the Warranty?
No registration is needed to activate the Lifetime Warranty, however, we do recommend keeping your order information for your records to help speed up the processing of your claim.
How do I submit a Warranty Claim if I did not order on your site?
If you purchased your item from a Third Party seller such as Amazon, Nordstrom or Scheels your Warranty is still valid! Photos confirming this is an authentic Ridge product are still required.
How long does the Warranty Claim process take?
Warranty Claims are approved or denied within 2 business days. This can be affected during busier seasons or if we need more information to process the claim.
How do I file a Warranty Claim for a gift?
If your order was a gift and you do not have the order number please put the full name of the person that gifted the item in the order number field. Your wallet will still be covered under Warranty and we can verify your item with a photo!
